Because food is prepared to order, DOYA cannot accept returns or refunds for a change of mind after preparation has started. If an order is wrong, missing items, or has a quality issue, contact us on the same day by phone, Zalo, Facebook, or email so we can review and help with replacement, correction, or refund when appropriate.
